You know how so many of these say you can adjust the resistance/tension by rolling the bar? Yeah. No. It always slips. THIS one is WAY better, actual adjustable straps that stays put! Literally my only complaint is that they ran out of the purple and pink when I had to buy, so I had to get the blue instead.😃
