📦 30-Day Return Policy

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • We do not accept returns for used products unless they are damaged or defective, with photo evidence provided.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Customized or personalized items


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@wizzfit.com.

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is deemed defective or unusable upon arrival.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.


🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

  • If a return is accepted, we may provide a return label and further instructions.


📦 Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, we are not obligated to refund the original shipping cost.

  • Additional fees may apply if reshipping is requested.


🛠 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with supporting photos so we can make it right.
