About our fulfillment process
WizzFit sources home workout gear through a network of fulfillment partners, mostly located in Asia. This setup lets us offer a broader range of gear without the cost of running a large local warehouse, though it does add some time to delivery compared to a local retailer. We would rather tell you this upfront than have it come as a surprise.
How long processing takes
Once placed, an order is checked and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time, listed below, begins after that.
Delivery estimates once your order ships
United Kingdom: 8 to 14 business days
United States: 8 to 14 business days
Canada: 8 to 14 business days
Australia: 7 to 14 business days
Treat these as estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, weather and seasonal peaks can push delivery out further, occasionally as far as 28 business days. If your order seems delayed, email info@wizzfit.com and we will check on it.
Staying updated
You get an order confirmation as soon as you check out, then a tracking email once the order ships, generally within the 1 to 3 day processing window. Check your spam or junk folder if either one is missing.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International shipments may go through customs in your country, and you could be charged duties, import VAT or GST, or handling fees on arrival depending on local thresholds. These are not part of your order total and are outside our control. Check your country's customs authority website for current thresholds.
Getting your address right
Double check your shipping details before completing checkout, orders ship exactly as entered. Made an error? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to fix it before shipment. We cannot change the address after an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
